Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What exactly is a Training Broker?
A: A training broker facilitates the matching of client needs to the individual provider or organisation.
Q: Who pays the brokerage fees?
A: We do not charge a fee to our client organisations when sourcing presenters or training providers. Our fees are taken from the regular fees charged by our Associates and training providers.
Q: Are your services available Australia wide?
Q: Is RespectED Training and Education an RTO?
A: No. We are independent of any organisation and together with our Associates and providers offer both accredited and non-accredited professional development training.
Q: Can you provide one-on-one consultancy or mentoring?
A: Yes. Many of our training providers and Associates offer one on one consultancy or mentoring. If you have need to source particular expertise that we do not have currently available to us we will endeavour to find them.
Development & Delivery

A: Yes. Many of our workshops are suitable for presentation via Webinar. Over the coming months we will be releasing workshops specifically developed for this mode of delivery.
Q: Can you help us to develop a workshop to suit our organisations particular needs?
Q; Can you modify an existing workshop to suit our needs?
A: Yes in most cases. With the exception of a few propriety training products most providers are willing to modify their workshops.
